Refund Policy

We offer returns or exchanges up to 14 days after your date of purchase. The skates, pads, helmets, etc. must be unworn and in brand-new, pristine condition in their original box. You must have your receipt or order number and ID.


Items that may not be returned/exchanged unless defective:


Custom boots and skates.


Color upgrade boots and skates.


Semi-custom skates you have us mount. 


Size or width upgrade boots and skates.


Special order items.


Clearance items.


Discontinued Items.


Items that clearly state in the description that they may not be returned nor exchanged.

Most skates may be returned. But as listed above we do not accept returns on certain items. The skates, pads, helmets, etc. must be unworn and in brand-new, pristine condition in their original box or packaging.


You are responsible for all new shipping charges. 


Please start exchange/return policy ASAP. After 30 days returns will not be accepted. If an item comes in for return that is not in new condition, we will not process the return – we will contact the customer and the customer must pay for shipping back to them. If the customer does not pay for shipping back to them for their used items that cannot be returned they will be considered abandoned.
