Return/Replace Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can request a replacement or refund Within 15 days after receiving the goods., as long as the item is in acceptable condition for resale.

If upon delivery of the product you are unsure of your purchase please keep the product in the original packaging until you decide whether or not you wish to keep it. All returns must be in 'as new' condition, unwashed and unworn.

In the event of a return, please ensure that the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.

Refunds for products purchased as gifts can only be requested by the original purchaser; alternatively we can offer the gift recipient a credit for the purchase of a new product. The change of goods will be displayed in the order history of the original purchaser.

1. Our responsibilities

The items in the public affiliation are defective/damaged or dirty.

The size/color selection of the item received.

Please send us a clear picture or video of the issue. Please keep the picture below 10MB.

If our company is willing to solve the problem, we return the goods, and our warehouse is used for returns and/or exchanges.

However, shipping costs for returns/exchanges (Includes shipping and return charges for shipment) will be borne by you.

(The shipping costs incurred by us when sending skates to customers and the shipping costs incurred by customers returning skates to our warehouse.Please note that different countries and regions have different shipping standards.)

After receiving the goods, we need to establish better contacts or sell replacement products for free. The cost is learned from us.

2. Customer Responsibility

If the customer's number or product is wrong, and only want to exchange the product, we can also process the return.

The customer is responsible for the cost of exchange losses caused by the transportation.

Defective goods

manufacturing defects can sometimes occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect, do not hesitate to contact us. Items damaged due to excessive or prolonged use are not to be considered defective. If the defective item has been worn, it must be returned fresh from the laundry. All worn and unwashed clothing items will be returned to the sender.

Items that may not be returned/exchanged unless defective:


Custom boots and skates.


Color upgrade boots and skates.


Semi-custom skates you have us mount. 


Size or width upgrade boots and skates.


Special order items.


Clearance items.


Discontinued Items.


Items that clearly state in the description that they may not be returned nor exchanged.

How to make a return

If you wish to make a return, write an email to the customer care address:

service@candigirlskates.com indicating the order number, the name of the product and the reasons for the return and wait for our confirmation.

We recommend that you return your items via registered and insured post, however you will be liable for the cost of returning the merchandise to us. If a return is payable to you we shall process the refund as fast as possible and in any case within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the initial order back to us. Please note that we are not able to refund any shipping expenses.
